Claire visits Cartier

Our store manager Claire Ross has recently returned from an intense Cartier after sales training course. This was a two day course held in London, and included such activates as a tour of the after sales centre and viewing the processes and procedures which take place there. It also included workshops on bracelet adjustments which provide staff with the necessary expertise to conduct adjustments Claire also attended a workshop on the history of the brand. Claire describes her course as “a valuable and enjoyable experience.”
