Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your online purchase you have 7 days from the date you receive your goods to return them to us. Upon satisfactory receipt of returned items, refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that any item is returned in its original condition with the security tag intact, packaging and sales receipt. Items must not show any sign of wear. You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods, unless damaged or faulty, and we recommend that you return goods via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If the goods are faulty we will refund your postage.

If goods are returned worn or with the security tag removed we will reserve the right to re-charge you for them and to recover any costs incurred by us.

*Please note that, due to reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of earrings.
